Typing of conveyancing documents.
Attending on clients for signing of documents.
Arranging of guarantees
Attending to registration of matters
Attending to rates applications
Attending to SARS for transfer duty
Lodging documents in the Deeds Office
Ensuring delivery of security documents to banks or clients.
